First of all, you need to make an appointment with us via email for a specific date.
Convenient dates for us: are Monday – Friday around 12:00 UTC time. The session usually takes about 2h – depending on the problem to be solved.
In the email inquiring about the date, please provide:
– the serial number of the dome with its type, e.g. 4M123
– phone number with your name and surname
– a brief description of the problem
Usually your presence in the dome is required during the session, e.g. to disconnect some wire or reset the dome’s power supply. Often I will ask you to show something through the camera or send a picture through WhatUp.
I try not to work on holidays or at night – but in justified cases you can ask for help via WhatsUp – if it is possible I will try to answer. However, the best form of communication is email: info@scopedome.com.

To carry out the service you must have:
– an Internet connection to the computer controlling the dome
– install anyDesk or TeamViewer on it
– send me the ID and password for one of these programs
