First of all, you should attach a paper to the package with:
– a brief description of the damage
– return address for the courier and contact information (email, phone)
– serial number of the dome
Please always send us both parts of the card: Dome and Shutter.
Cards should be sent on plastic mounting plates. Just unscrew them completely from the walls of the dome after disconnecting all PlugAndPlay cable connectors.
Please take care of solid packaging – very often couriers treat packages very brutally which can cause damage to the mounting plates. To claim compensation from them for damage to the shipment is virtually impossible.
In the case of shipments from outside the European Union zone – it is necessary to consult with the courier company and determine how to mark the shipment as components for service – in order not to pay additional customs fees.
